UHMW-PE Wheels

Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) wheels deliver excellent abrasion resistance and load capacity for demanding industrial floors, without the weight or floor-marking of a metal-core wheel. UHMW-PE’s low coefficient of friction means these wheels roll easily even under heavy load, and their chemical resistance suits washdown and light-corrosive environments.

Installation / Mounting

Selection Guidance
For washdown or chemical-exposure environments, UHMW-PE is generally the preferred material over nylon or polypropylene. Match size to load using the specifications table; the largest sizes (300mm) support up to 1400 kg.
